Shipping & Returns Policy
At Southern Blue, we stand behind the quality of our products and aim to provide reliable support for our customers.
Shipping Information:
We work hard to ensure your order reaches you quickly and safely. All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation. Once dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details to follow your parcel.
Estimated delivery times:
Domestic (within Australia): 3–7 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates only. Delays caused by couriers, customs, or public holidays are outside our control.
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us at sales@southern-blue.com.au and we’ll help you locate it.
Returns Information
We take pride in the quality of our products and aim for your complete satisfaction.
However, please note the following conditions:

Clothing:
We accept returns or exchanges only if the item is defective, damaged, or if there was a production error (such as incorrect size or print).
Requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
We cannot accept returns for:

Items damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper care

AdBlue products:
Due to the nature of this product, all AdBlue sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on AdBlue under any circumstances. This policy ensures product integrity, safety, and compliance with handling standards. -
Other products:
Products such as AdBlue® pumps, equipment, and accessories may be returned or exchanged if found to be faulty. Any approved returns or exchanges must be made within a reasonable timeframe and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Items must be returned in their original condition. Products that have been used, damaged, altered, or not returned in the same condition they were supplied in may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Selected products include a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty covering manufacturing faults and defects under normal use. Warranty does not cover misuse, incorrect installation, accidental damage, or general wear and tear.
Refunds (where applicable) will only be issued for approved returns of apparel items that meet the conditions above.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error or defect on our part. We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
