Southern Blue supplies AdBlue®, tanks, pumps, accessories, merchandise and related products.
We make every effort to accurately display product descriptions, specifications and images. However, actual colours, finishes and product appearance may vary slightly depending on screen settings or manufacturing variations.
We reserve the right to:
- Modify or discontinue products without notice
- Limit quantities available for purchase
- Refuse service or orders at our discretion
Some products include a 12-month warranty against manufacturing faults unless otherwise stated.

All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability.
Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This does not guarantee acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders for any reason, including pricing errors, stock availability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Southern Blue is not responsible for delays caused by freight carriers, weather events, supply chain disruptions or circumstances outside our control.
Risk and ownership of products passes to the customer once goods are dispatched or collected.
Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery access is suitable for large items such as tanks and equipment.
SECTION 6 – RETURNS, REFUNDS & WARRANTIES

Key conditions include:
- AdBlue® products cannot be returned
- Merchandise and unused products may be returned within 30 days if in original condition with labels attached
- Used items or items not returned in original condition may not be eligible for refund or exchange
- Faulty items may be repaired, replaced or exchanged in accordance with Australian Consumer Law
- Selected products carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects
Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
